Evergreen carries a number of books, workbooks, DVDs, audio CDs, and other materials prepared by various authors, who are solely responsible for their content. Evergreen does not endorse any particular book, curriculum, or specific therapeutic approach. While we only carry materials that are generally supportive of the Evergreen mission statement, there may be portions of some materials that are not totally aligned with LDS doctrine or Evergreen practices. For example, some books written by authors who are not LDS offer good advice on same-sex attraction, but may present a view of the nature of God different than LDS theology. However, we do not carry books written by authors who have made public statements contrary to Church doctrine or the principles espoused by Evergreen.

Since not every book offers a holistic view of the issues of same-sex attraction or their solutions, we recommend that you read several books to gain a broad understanding. You should also carefully choose those materials that will be most helpful to you in your present circumstances.
